Location : La Salle Primary
The old brassbell, which called
many a student to order, was preserved as a heritage item from
the old school. The chain and strike gong were also preserved.
The bell's manufacturer
Hornbay (of Hamburg, Germany I think) and the date 1955 are engraved
on the bell. I guess this also indicates that Brother Henry Pang
was already on the move preparing for the eventual formal opening
of the Primary in 1957.
