FIRST PROFESSIONS IN PARC: Last evening Brothers Alex and Sockie of the District of the Philippines professed First Vows. During the same ceremony three candidates were received into the Postulancy. On Saturday 14 June, Brothers Moon and Qumar of the Delegation of Pakistan will profess First Vows in a ceremony at Faisalabad. Brothers Moris and John of the Sub-District of Myanmar will profess their First Vows on 26 June.

LASALLIAN VOULUNTEERS: During the months July through to December fifteen groups of Lasallian Volunteers will work in the Delegation of India. Five groups come from Spain, three from the USA, three from Great Britain, two from Ireland and one each from Australia and Italy. This attests to the growth of the Lasallian volunteer movement throughout the international Lasallian Family.

SUB-DISTRICT OF MYANMAR CHAPTER: The postponed Chapter in Myanmar commences on 23 June through to 26th June. The Districts of ANZ/PNG, Colombo and the Delegation of Japan have Chapters before the end of the year thus concluding the post 44th General Chapter requirement to have District Chapters.

BRO JOSEPH FERNANDO VISITS PARC: Joseph leaves Rome on 20 June to visit Vietnam, the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Thailand. As Secretary for Formation he will make the Canonical Visit at La Salle Novitiate, Lipa. Welcome back to PARC Joseph.

NOVICES FROM DISTRICT OF COLOMBO:The six novices from the District of Colombo are still awaiting visas to enter India to follow the novitiate programme at Bangalore. We are hopeful that there will be some resolution this week. In the meantime the one novice from India for this year has commenced his novitiate.

PARC LASALLIAN INSTITUTE: In my enthusiasm I sent sector heads what was a draft letter of information. My apologies to Jayjay Jiminez and Mark Murphy and for any confusion caused. I will send final copy when available in a few days. Participants will receive a personal copy from the organizers.
